Important Deadlines
Don’t miss these key dates to guarantee your participation:
- Early-Bird Booth Application: February 1, 2025 (Save 10%!)
- Sponsorship Application: March 26, 2025
- Parade Application: March 31, 2025
- Entertainment Application: April 1, 2025 (or until slots are filled)
- Booth Application: April 10, 2025 (or until slots are filled)
- Volunteer Application: April 20, 2025
Note: Booth fees paid via credit card will incur a 4% processing fee.
Vendor Guidelines
To ensure a safe and inclusive event:
- Booths must be free of items promoting drugs, alcohol, or related paraphernalia.
- Submit your application and payment early to secure your spot.
